I am very new to auto desk inventor. I know little bit about making parts and drawing. But assembly and simulation I do not understand. I try to make cam follower mechanism in it. I always done design and drawing using pencil and paper. I just want to say hello to every one.
I have made cam follower prototype for clean energy cheaper than coal. You can find my research and prototype at http://mechanicalresearch.info/

Hi to you too.
I can say that I'm in the same shoes with you. Know design, but really new to AutoCad. Just wanted to say that you are not alone, so welcome to the club. :)
