Hello All,
I have what I thought was a simple problem, but have been unable to get any answers to using a simple google search. Hopefully someone here can give me a hand. Essentially I found the HIDEOBJECTS command today (on google no less) and have been using it to clean up a surveyor's drawing I received to only show the pertinent data I want to see. I have also turned off several layers as well, but some of the objects I want to turn off belong on layers I want to keep on (thus the need for the HIDEOBJECTS command). Anyhow, everything works fine besides when I go to plot the drawing (I export it to a PDF typically). I don't want these items to show up on my exported PDF either but there they are. Am I dense and missing something obvious, or is there not a way to do this? I figured there would be a check box to click in the plot options portion of the page manager, but I can't seem to find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! AutoCAD 2011 Windows 7 64 bit
