Does anyone use the Summasketch II 12x12 tablet?

I am trying to find specifications on the power supply, which has been mislaid.  As I recall, it was a "wall wart".

I need to know the voltage and current requirements, and the tip polarity.  I have all of the other hardware - stylus, 4-button puck, 16-button puck, and tablet - but no power supply.

I have contacted Calcomp/GTCO, who purchased Summa in 1993, but they have no replacement parts or information - the Summasketch II was discontinued before they acquired Summa.

Thanks to anyone who can provide the necessary information.
