I have been using cad for a while and have a perplexing issue regarding the menubar. Obviously a big issue on posts is the display of the menubar by toggling  between "0" and "1", but this is not my issue. When loading multiple menus in to my workspace and applying them in CUI they all show up and wrap around in to a second menu line. When I exit and re-enter the wrap around is gone?? Obviously the menubar does not have a set length because it works after applying through CUI. How do I get the 2 menu line to stay or wrap around each time I open???

You have a menubar that is so long it takes two lines?  That's a first.
