MyCadSite.com and cadtutor.net are two such sites.
I would recommend you consider taking a basic introductory course at your local authorized AutoDesk reseller for starters.

This one is for 2006 but I'd say it is the best one to get you started ...

I think the tutorials over at MyCadSite.com are better and more up-to-date.
You might also try over at CADTutor.net.

"After knowing all this, you have mastered the 2D in autocad."
I DOUBT IT.
Here are just a FEW of the things you somehow forgot to mention: DTEXT and MTEXT Polar tracking Model space viewports Paper space layouts and viewports MultiLeaders XRefs Dynamic Blocks Attributes Sheet sets Design Center Toolbars Palettes Layer Properties Manager Annotative scaling OSnaps Tables and Data links Parametric constraints Customization via the CUIx Plotting/printing + creating PDFs from AutoCAD Export and import file types Express Tools Macros Lisp I could go on to list more features but my fingers are beginning to cramp up.

I agree they are just a small introduction into the 2D world. New users should experiment with every single command found on the Home tab of the Ribbon in the Drafting and Annotation workspace. There's another topic one should become familiar with - "How to change Workspaces". And while we're at it let's include a discussion on "Options" too. Oh, and don't forget the QAT. You do know what that is right? See, we have just expanded the curriculum again.

I HAVE PROBLEM WITH SCALING , HOW TO CHANGE THE SCALING IN VIEW PORT CAN YOU HELP ME............................................. | In a viewport in a Layout (otherwise known as Paper Space) to change the scale you need to select (click on) the viewport object. Once you have it selected the Scale option will show up on the Status Bar. This is when you can change the scale. You will also notice a little padlock icon to the left of the Scale area. If the padlock is Blue the viewport is unlocked. If you click on it the color will change to yellow and the viewport will be locked. At this point you will not be able to change the scale again until you unlock it. But locking a viewport, once you have set the scale, is VERY important! You can still enter the model through a locked viewport, and panning and zooming will not change the scale. Many users, myself included, spend a lot of time working on the model thru a locked viewport on a Layout tab. Dave
