I need help in creating a boundary w.r.t. an alignment using excel data of chainages and offsets. Can somebody suggest a method for the same?

Are you working with AutoCAD Civil 3D or just AutoCAD?

I am generally working in AutoCad and a beginner in Civil 3D.
