It's a data file.  Burn it.

What OS are you using?

I use a program called Nero Burning ROM.  You can find it online.  It's free and works with Win 7/8/Vista and XP.

Can I ask why you want to burn the file to a CD?  Are you creating a backup?  Are you sending the file to someone who requested a CD?

They who?  Are you taking an online AutoCAD course?

Why didn't they have you email the drawing file to them?

Maybe the file size is too big or you have a lousy ISP.

Intec should have given you a flash drive that could be mailed back and forth.
