Hello everybody,
The middle wheel in the mouse make zoom and pan but when I move it to the right down corner of the screen a new cursor is appearing. The related picture is below. When I try to zoom , it is going right or left, on the other hand when I move the cursor to the right-up corner or the left side of the screen it is disappearing. I want to remove it completely but I couldnt. Please help me.
