Hello,
For winning an movie competition, the company Autodesk donated me "Autodesk Entertainment Creation Suite 2014" two times. Unfortunately I am not able to use this tool.
Do you know if there is any possibilty to sell it?
Kind regards,
Felix Steup

I don't see why not.  It's not like you installed and activated them.

Autodesk software products usually cannot be resold (you own a non-transferable license). And especially products donated as a prize are usually "NFR" (not-for-resale) licenses. But try to contact the competition organizers.

Unfortunately, Autodesk is the most litigious software company out there.
Morally, I think resale should be legitimate.
Legally, however, no.
Google "Vernor v. Autodesk, Inc."

If neither program has been registered who's to say who is the legal owner?

Excluding potential problems with the license transfer, does anybody know, where I can sell this software?
Perhaps it is important to mention that I am from Germany.
