Three requests in three different forums?  That is totally unnecessary as it is a waste of space and causes confusion.

And just how do you expect anyone to do the conversion if you don't supply a copy of the PDF file to begin with?  Are you relying on magic? 

Do an Internet search for "pdf to dxf conversion".  You should be able to find a handful of programs that are capable of doing what you need as most have a "trial" version one can test the program with before buying.
