Add On to automate table of Survey measurements:
I need a VBScript/Add On/transforms/whatever that will number points on a specified polygon and create a table of Survey format measurements of length and direction for that polygon, the polygon being the property line of a parcel.
I use Visual Cadd 7.

hmmm, do you need this table in Autocad? What will you say for excel?
First of all, use the coordination points list to export a data to excel. There is a various method to do that (ex. attributes)
After that create a formula in excel. Point x2 - point x1 = distance

aa: Did you not notice that this thread is posted in the CAD > General forum and that the OP's profile says he is using Visual CADD 7?  He also states he is using Visual CADD 7 right above his name (William Miller) in the body of his post.  Nowhere does he state he is using AutoCAD.  He also asked about using VBScript and nothing about Excel or attributes.
