I have looked at this also before but decided not to reply at all, isn't it the way we have to do or could the webmaster team do something, not leaving us with these strange ( unfriendly ) messages ???

Every website is open to spam of one type or another. Short of a full vetting process which might prove off-putting to most people there is only so much that can be done from stopping such nonsense although some sites prohibit newbies from posting links until they have reached a minimum number of posts. Things seem to be a little more lax around here although it has improved. End of speech.
