ActiveX Server returned an error: Error loading type library/DLL

When you see this error message when running a LISP add-on application in AutoCAD, it may either indicate a programming error, or an installation error.

It may indicate a missing or corrupted file acad.tlb - which is a standard part of AutoCAD installation. Please check this file, it may be blocked by insufficient access rights or anti-virus during installation. You may need to perform a repair installation.
