Centered dynamic label (e.g. area label).

A - answer If you need that a dynamic label of some object property (e.g. area) will stay automatically centered after you edit the object shape (borders), you can base it on the combination of a dimension and field.

First create a dimension (horizontal, diagonal, etc.), suppress all its auxiliary geometry (arrows, extension and dimension lines) and instead of the dimension text, insert a dynamic text field referring to the control object and its specific property - e.g. its area - and the requested format. A regen (or save or plot) is needed to update the field value.

The result can then look like this:
