How to create a block with multiple insertion points?

A - answer Using AutoCAD dynamic blocks you can easily create a block with multiple, alternative insertion points (reference points). And you can switch between these points when inserting such block.

In the dynamic block editor (BEDIT), create a "Point" parameter in the requested locations and connect it with the action "Move" (you will move all block objects - select all).

Save the enhanced block (will become dynamic).

Then when you insert this block, just press the Ctrl key to sequentially cycle through all defined block reference points:
