Q - question

How to save a Revit view as an image?

A - answer To save the image of a view to your Revit project, right-lick on the active view in the project browser and choose "Save to Project as Image". After you confirm the settings the image is stored to the view subfolder (node) "Renderings". You can use this procedure e.g. to store the solar study image.

To export the image outside the Revit project, use the function "Big R" > Export > Images and Animations > Image and save the selected view to an image file in the requested graphics file format (JPG, TIFF, PNG ...).
