Q - question

Missing context menus and toolbars in Inventor 2012.

A - answer Missing or intermittently disappearing context menus (marking menus, gestures) or mini-toolbars in Inventor 2012 may be caused by the custom Windows mode "/3GB" in the 32-bit versions of Windows XP.

The 3GB mode is not officially supported for Inventor 2012. We recommend to use the full-featured operating system Windows 7 64-bit.
