Q - question

One layout view doesn't display border, cannot be selected.

A - answer One of the views in a layout of a DWG file cannot be selected as it does not show its border. All layers, even viewport layers are On.

This problem is caused by a corrupted viewport object, resp. its clipping border. You can select this view by selecting All objects in the paperspace - then you can delete it and re-create it.

A simpler way is to run the commands _VPMAX and _VPMIN with subsequent regenerating of the drawing. This sequence magically restores the corrupted viewport object.
