Q - question

I cannot delete an empty layer. Why?

A - answer Your layer is probably not empty (unused). Please try to use the LayDel Express Tools command to delete the layer. Or zoom extents to see if there are any objects left in the layer, make layer 0 current, now purge the layer, and try to delete it.

Verify that you have not e.g. created a block which is now inserted in another layer (the layer reference stays in the block definition).

Note: You can never delete the layer 0.
