Q - question

How to mirror an assembly or subassembly in MDT?

A - answer Mechanical Desktop does not offer a assembly mirroring function (only parts mirroring).
You can use a workaround - export the subassembly to an ACIS file, import it back and mirror it, putting it together by the AMCATALOG function (creates dumb solids with no associativity or parametrics), or mirror individual parts and assemble them in a new assembly.

In Autodesk Inventor you can use the Assembly Mirror utility by XANADU (CAD Studio).
