Q - question

Error [16.1.7] when starting AutoCAD.

A - answer This license management error can occur when you have not enough access rights to run AutoCAD (at least Power User up to Release 2002) or to write to the C-Dilla folder or when anti-virus software was running by the time you installed AutoCAD.
On Windows XP PCs also try to switch off the 'Use Simple File Sharing' setting in My Computer, Tools, Folder Options, View, Advanced Settings.
For Windows XP, install the latest version of C-Dilla RTS (Download).

You may need to reinstall your CAD application after applying these fixes.
