	How to construct a circle from three tangents?
	If you want to draw a circle defined by 3 tangential lines, you can use an undocumented AutoCAD command `AI_CIRCTAN`. To create a construction of the type "two tangents and a radius" you can use the `TTR` option in the standard command `CIRCLE`.
