Q - question

How to switch layers in the inserted DWF file?

A - answer If you have inserted (attached) a DWF or DWFx file in your AutoCAD DWG drawing, you can individually switch off (toggle) its layers.

To switch DWF layers use the DWFLAYERS command. You can also nvoke it from the context menu of the DWF underlay object. Other parameters of the DWF underlay (e.g. fading, contrast, clipping, monochromatic display) can be adjusted from the Properties palette (Ctrl+1).

Do not forget to set the option to include the layers information when publishing the DWF/DWFx file.
