Q - question

Revit batch print utility.

A - answer To perform batch print of Revit projects you will need first to download and install the additional tool "Batch Print for Revit" (available on your Subscription Center; included in Revit since 2018).

The Batch Print function (prints on the default printer) can be then found in the ribbon Tools > External tools > Batch Print. In the "Batch Print" dialog, check all requested views and drawings to print (plot) and on the "Rearrange" tab specify the order of printing for the individual sheets.

Batch Print is compatible with both the English and localized versions of Revit Architecture, Structure and MEP, in the versions 2009 and higher.
