Q - question

Revit filled region doesn't mask the underlying geometry.

A - answer In one Revit view, the filled regions do not cover (mask) the lines "under". Why?

This is most probably caused by the selected visual style. In the Wireframe style, masking regions do not cover the underlying geometry with filled areas. Switch to Hidden Lines.
