Script error (utag) when trying to log-in with your Autodesk ID.

A - answer When launching an Autodesk CAD application or web service requiring to log-in to your Autodesk ID account, the system error "Script Error" appears, referring to the URL (resp. utag.9.js or similar):

login error

You are probably using an older, unsupported Windows version with the pre-installed web browser Internet Explorer 10 or older. Update your browser to Internet Explorer 11 or higher, or to MS Edge. Also make sure you are not blocking JavaScripts on web pages.
