"Clock Error" when starting Autodesk CAD application.

A - answer When launching AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, 3ds Max or other application, the message dialog "Clock Error" is displayed followed by a license error:

Please check your system date and time and the daylight saving option. Try to set online synchronization of your system time with an external Time Server. Make sure you have not disabled the network adapter - internet connection is required for the initial license activation. You can then use the product off-line - just turn off your WiFi connection or unplug your network cable, but do not disable network adapters.
