Q - question

Changes of a ladder are not saved in the DWG.
A - answer After you edit a ladder using the command Structure Edit, save and close the drawing, the changes are not stored -- when you re-open this drawing, the ladder is in the old status, before editing.

This is a known bug in Plant 3D 2013. Until a hotfix is available, use a temporary workaround - set your system variable ISAVEPERCENT to 0.
