Q - question

Connection error to Autodesk 360 - service is temporarily unavailable.

A - answer When trying to connect and login to the online service Autodesk 360 from AutoCAD or Inventor you may get an error - requested service is temporarily unavailable and the connection fails (it works fine when executed directly in your web browser).

The problem may be in your internet browser. The Autodesk 360 connection requires Internet Explorer. If you use an alternative browser, your Internet Explorer was probably not yet started and so it is not configured. Its configuration is done automatically on the first launch. After the configuration of MSIE you will be able to connect to Autodesk 360 from Inventor and AutoCAD.

For Autodesk 360 synchronization problems (system tray icon) use the Autodesk Sync 2013 SP1.
