Q - question

Conversion of Mesh to T-Spline fails in Fusion360.

A - answer When attempting to convert a 3D mesh model (e.g. an imported STL or OBJ) to a solid, the conversion function Convert fails with the error:

Mesh to T-Spline conversion
Warning: This body contains high percentage of triangles or n-sided polygons...

To convert complex non-algorithmic 3D mesh models, use rather the function "Mesh to BRep".
