Q - question

Differences in typed distance/offset values in Inventor sketches.

A - answer When you specify a length, radius, chamfer or offset in an Inventor sketch using a numerical, typed value (in HUD), the real used value may differ from the user-entered one. The differences from the exact value may be in an order of tenths or hundredths.

This can occur when you have enabled snapping to a fixed coordinate grid. Values are "rounded" to that grid. Disable this option in Application Options > Sketch > Snap to Grid.
