Do you know this strange AutoCAD cursor shape?

A - answer Do you know this strange AutoCAD cursor shape? Can you invoke it?

This rare cursor shape with "stop-bars" in upper-right or lower-left corners appears when attempting to mouse-pan (wheel pressed) and when AutoCAD reaches the limits of the DWG virtual screen window - the drawing limits calculated in the current regeneration. You will need to perform a new REGEN to access wider areas of your drawing.
