Dynamic label of area and perimeter - DynArea.
A - answer With the freeware utility DynArea you can dynamically display a label with lot area and perimeter of a closed geometry under your cursor.

Download the LISP application DynArea from Download, load it with APPLOAD and run it by typing the DYNAREA command.

Then just hover your mouse over an investigated area enclosed by any (closed) line geometry of your DWG drawing. The detected perimeter is highlighted and the green label will list its lot area and length of its perimeter (circumference).

You can customize the display format by setting LISP variables:

(setq _dynAreaDecimals 4)
(setq _dynAreaSuffix " km2")

For permanent text labels use a text field or the LISP tools fArea or BParea.
