Q - question

Elevation label with automatic text of Level and Elevation relative to UCS.

A - answer An example of an elevation label block - a dynamic DWG block with automatic label of elevation (Y-coordinate) computed relatively to the origin of the current coordinate system (UCS) can be found in the block Kacena_UCS (origin) or its alternative version Kacena_UCS2 (w2u):

Another, extended block by CAD Studio - Kacena_UCS-Level:

then adds another automatic attribute - Level - displaying the level number (assumed level height 3.0m - can be changed in the expression).

Both blocks can be customized as for their appearance or functionality of the calculations. The displayed elevation is related to the current (global) UCS origin. The labels are updated on Regen, print or save (according to your settings).

Examples of other elevation label blocks can be found in the Block library - Elevation labels.
