Q - question

Error: Autodesk Translators has stopped working.

A - answer When attempting to import a CAD file in an atypical format using the AutoCAD IMPORT command, the process terminates with the error "Autodesk Translators has stopped working" - import has failed because the file is invalid or unsupported - meaning "in an unsupported format version" or subtype (e.g. a variant of .3DM).

Use a different CAD format to convert your model, or repeat the conversion (format translation) in the cloud, e.g. using Autodesk Fusion 360 - see Tip 9526.
