Q - question

How to change the design thumbnail image in Autodesk Fusion?

A - answer The small preview image (thumbnail) used in the Data Panel and in Fusion Team projects is generated from the so-called Home view (by default the diagonal iso-view) .

If you want to change it in your CAD or CAM models, set your own Home View in them.

Set the desired 3D view of your model, click on the arrow below the ViewCube navigation cube and then select Set current view as Home > Fit to view from the context menu. Save the 3D design. The new thumbnail will now reflect your new view.
