Q - question

How to generate a dynamic QR code or Data Matrix on an Inventor drawing?

A - answer Using the annotation functions in the Holixa T4I add-on application (formerly X-Tools), you can insert a QR code - containing the specified text or value of the specified iProperty - anywhere on the drawing sheet. Similarly, you can insert a Data Matrix code, a matrix symbol, a square "barcode".

When the source value is changed, the code will be re-generated. So you can, for example, already in the drawing template, pre-insert codes containing a project number, order code, part number, etc.
