Q - question

How to open a PDF file from AutoCAD?

A - answer If you need to open a PDF document (e.g. a manual or a product specification) directly from AutoCAD, you can use the START command (defined in ACAD.PGP):
START C:\Docs\MyDocument.pdf

This will invoke your default PDF reader (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader) with the specified PDF file. You can use the same approach for any other file type (Excel, PowerPoint, video, ...).
