Q - question

How to open files in A360 Drive from Inventor or any other application?

A - answer You can use Inventor, Revit or any other Windows application (Office, Corel...) to directly open files from your cloud repository in Autodesk A360 Drive. You just need the system component "A360 Desktop" (3D spiral in Windows taskbar) installed and logged-in.

Then you can open all types of files from the automatically synchronized local copy of A360 - the folder (replace the italicized parts with your Windows login name and your Autodesk ID):

C:\Users\{WindowsLoginName}\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Sync\Cloud\{A360LoginName}

You can add this folder to your favorites or map it to a disk drive letter.

Any edited files saved to this folder will be automatically updated also in the cloud storage space.
