Q - question

How to plot PDFs without the tab (layout) name.

A - answer If you want to plot your drawings to PDF but don't want the Layout Name showing up, like:

Drawing1 Layout1 (1).pdf

Then just prefix the Layout Name (Layout1) with a period ("."), for example: .Layout1

Your PDF plots will show up as: Drawing1.pdf

(tested on AutoCAD 2009-2012 with Adobe Acrobat PDF; may not work with other PDF drivers, incl. Autodesk DWG to PDF)
