How to recover forgotten login password on the Holixa Licensor?

A - answer In the event that a user forgets or loses his/her login password for the Holixa License Manager (for Arkance Systems' applications), the password can be easily reset on the Holixa Portal login web page. Here, the user selects the option "Forgot password?" and then enters the email used to log in to Holixa in the following dialog.

A message is then sent to this email with a click-through to reset the password. After clicking on the link in the email, the user is automatically redirected to the Holixa licensor portal to select a new password. The user can then log in with the new password to both the Holixa portal and to all add-on applications using the Holixa licensor.

This is the only way to reset the password, even for the case of bulk license management. The license manager does not have the ability to recover passwords. If the user does not receive the email with a password reset click-through, we recommend to check whether the message is not in the junk/spam folder.
