iLogic error in Inventor 2019: invocation of constructor threw an exception
A - answer You have installed Inventor 2019 on a PC with Windows 7 SP1 and when you try to open an editing window for an iLogic rule, Inventor reports the error message: "The invocation of the constructor on type ActiproSoftware.Windows.Controls.SyntaxEditor.SyntaxEditor that matches the specified binding constraints threw an exception."

This error is caused by the .NET Framework 4.7.1, resp. by Windows Update (January 2018). Try to install or to complete installation of the latest Windows Update. If it won't help, follow the instructions on support.microsoft.com (KB4074906), resp. on Github. Let Windows Updates install after this fix.
