Q - question

Leaders/Arrows in dragged COGO point labels not pointing to point centers.

A - answer How can I set the arrow in a point label leader to point directly to the COGO point in Civil 3D? For a dragged label, the arrow is usually not drawn all the way to the center (actual position) of the point.

The arrow position must be set in the point style (tree, cross, etc), not in the label style itself. In the Point Style settings (Summary tab), you need to change the "Leader stops at marker" parameter to "No".

For more details, see the blog (in Czech) COGO Point Label Leader.
