Making Civil3D DWG files smaller for archiving and e-mail posting.
A - answer This tip is important especially for those Civil 3D users who work on projects with large corridors. If you want to send such project to your collegues, you will find that the DWG file may have over 100 MB and so you won't be able to send it over e-mail. But you can use the following procedure to shrink also your drawings to archives - without deleting anything in your projects.

It is just a simple step - switch off all corridor areas in its parameters. The corridor remains fully defined with all its targets, but it won't be calculated and drawn. This can decrease the DWG drawing size by up to 95%. See file sizes in the Explorer image:
