Q - question

My Fusion 360 stays in offline mode and cannot be switched online.

A - answer First, make sure that Fusion 360 has access to the internet. Run its "Service Utility" (Ctrl+Shift when launching) and run the "Network Diagnostic" test in it.

If the online connection is OK (green status) and your Fusion still remains offline (or in the maintenance mode), perform the following steps:

Try deleting the file:

C:/Users/USERNAME/AppData/Local/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/201010241748166/OfflineCache.xml

If that doesn't help, delete the NGlobalOptions.xml file in the %AppData%\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options\{alphanumeric folder name} folder (all variants).

In the %AppData%\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options folder, delete the NMachineSpecificOptions.xml file.

In the %TEMP%\Autodesk\ folder, delete the BrowserCache subfolder (including its subfolders).

Launch the Data Panel.
