Q - question

Output from Autodesk Showcase as a mosaic on multiple monitors.

A - answer One of the functions in the visualisation software Autodesk Showcase Pro is the output of rendered interactive 3D scenes on a "TV wall" composed of a matrix (array, cluster) of mutiple displays, driven by different computers.

For this output mode, you need to first enable the hosting mode - Present > Collaboration mode > Host session. There you can set the required composition of your displays (monitors) - e.g. 4x2 - do this in File > Settings > Multi-machine display (in older versions: Options > Multi-machine display) and click to choose the active tile represented by that particular PC:

Then connect to this host PC in a similar way (and on the same port) from other computers with Showcase. Only choose a different, respective tile and instead of host, use the join mode to attach your session to the hosting server (the "master" Showcase): Present > Collaboration mode > Join session.

Any interactive navigation oin the master Showcase will be reflected on all "slave" workstations and the composed output will be projected as tiles on your TV wall.
