How to change the +/- (plus-minus) symbol in dimension tolerances in AutoCAD Mechanical or MDT?

A - answer Display the Mechanical Options dialog, on the Options tab select System. Go to Acad/M, dimset and change the TolType key from TolSmNrm to TolSmPm.
