How to make a function which will edit any drawing text (Text, Mtext, Attribute)?

A - answer You can use a much simple way. If you enable double-click edit (_DBLCLKEDIT), you can run the respective text editor (Dtext, Mtext, attribute, leader, dimension text) just by double-clicking on the edited entity.
