Q - question

How to copy a hidden-line view to Word or other application?

A - answer If you want to copy a 3D model view with hidden lines from AutoCAD or Desktop to another application, you cannot use WMF or Windows Clipboard. You can get a vector drawing e.g. by using DXB - plot your hidden-line view to a DXB "plotter" file and then read it back to a blank AutoCAD drawing with the _DXBIN command. The resulting 2D drawing can be then processed or exported in any standard way.
