Q - question

How to add new thread sizes to Autodesk Inventor?

A - answer Open the thread.xls (Design Data folder of Inventor installation) file in Excel and go to the "ANSI Unified Screw Threads" (inch) or "ANSI Metric M Profile" (metric) tabs. Add rows with thread sizes you want to add. Restart Inventor to accept changes.

In higher Inventor versions, you can find this file in: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor 2019\Design Data\XLS\en-US\thread.xls
